About this product

Chemical-free jaggery boiled down from fresh sugarcane juice at a local kolhu, with nothing added and nothing bleached out. Retains the iron and minerals that refined sugar loses, and carries a deep caramel flavour. Traditionally eaten after meals through the winter months.
